Hey, it’s me, Danielle!

I’m commonly referred to by my peers as “the Social Mayor of Louisville.” It’s rare for me to walk into a place and not bump into a friendly face I know—and let’s be honest, that serves me well as a Realtor!

I’ve called Louisville home since 1996, and over the years, I’ve built friendships in every corner of this city. I started in the East End, living in Owl Creek and Anchorage, then moved through Clifton/Crescent Hill, St. Matthews, Goshen in Oldham County, and now, my family and I are settled in Glen Oaks, also in Oldham County.

In 2017, I launched “Buy and Sell with Danielle,” and for the past seven years, I’ve been honored to be a Top Producing Realtor in Louisville. I’ve even been named in the top 50 out of 5,000 agents in the Greater Louisville market—a recognition I’m incredibly grateful for.

When I’m not helping my clients hustle for their dream homes, you can find me teaching group fitness classes at the YMCA and Fly Fitness Studio. My passion for helping people reach their goals is something I carry with me in both real estate and fitness.

I also love mentoring new agents as they enter the real estate business—it’s one of my greatest joys! Guiding agents to see the privilege and responsibility of walking alongside clients on their journey to find a home is a calling I don’t take lightly. Whether it’s helping agents embrace this approach or educating my clients through workshops like “Home Buying 101,” “Integral Investing,” or “Secrets in Selling,” I’m always finding creative ways to make the real estate process both fun and meaningful.

Of course, my biggest joy outside of real estate is my family. My husband, Bryan, and I have been married for 17 years and are blessed with three children and one energetic dog. As active Christians, we serve in our local church community at Fellowship Louisville and stay connected with The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where Bryan has been a professor for over a decade.

Our family loves exploring the city together—whether it’s cheering on LouCity, roller skating at Champs, or biking through Norton Commons to grab dinner at Gustavos, boba tea, or cookies from Quills. So whether we meet over boba tea, dumbbells, or sales contracts, I’m ready to be your friend and serve you well!

Welcome Home!
